their time to have some exercise to keep them fresh in doing the activities. The

those exercises.

first exercise is jogging. The most powerful benefit of jogging is protecting
people from heart disease. Nowadays, not few people are suffered from
cardiovascular disease which makes them lose their lives. Jogging can strengthen
and also improve the cardiovascular fitness. Do jogging regularly improves
blood circulation, then it will carry the oxygen and nutrition to the whole
body. This is the most effective method to keep the heart healthy. One
indicator that measures the health of heart depends on the pulse rate, because it

overweight. Jogging is the way out, because it burns the fat and helps people

people need to jog around 11 mile and it needs six hours. Jogging also improves

exercise which is done by people is swimming. Swimming also has many benefits as
jogging. For those people who do not like an exercise that causes sweat,
swimming is the best way to be done. This exercise has low risk and it can be
done by all ages. It involves the whole body including arms, back and
shoulders. But noted that one’s who has asthma, first contact it with the
doctor. According to the Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association
(ASCTA), swimming can be done by infants when they reach the age of four
months. It will help them improve their immune system and bonding to occur with

well as jogging, swimming also helps people reduce the stress. A survey which

done. Aerobics can be with music or a CD which increases the people’s interest.
The benefits of aerobics are not inferior to the other exercises, including
jogging. The main specialty of this exercise is about the muscles’

it is recommended that 30 minutes of doing aerobics exercise during five days a

any other exercises.
