Improve Your Luck




Do you always get a bad luck? Have you tried many opportunities to get something you wanted but it never worked well? If yes, maybe there is something wrong in you because your attempts always fail. Ok, there are some steps to change your bad luck to be a good one that may work for you. It’s time to purify your soul from the bad lucks. Here are steps that you should try to get your turn.


1.      Catch the opportunities anytime they come
When you see a chance anywhere, then try it. Just like when you see a job vacancy on the pamphlet which suits you, don’t think too much, just try it and don’t be reluctant. When you let the opportunity go, you will not see it again. Remember, second chance hardly comes or may not come. So, take the opportunities as many as possible, there will be some that belong to you.

2.      Be sure
You must be sure. Purify yourself and let the negative ones gone. Make yourself sure that you’ll have the chance of anything you want. Like when you think that you will not win the job opportunity which you really want. When you set your mind like that, it will come true. When you are not entirely sure about your ability you have, then the job opportunity also doubts you. So, you must be convinced that you deserve to have the chance.

3.      Keep trying
Failure is not the end of the world. Everybody has ever experienced it, no success without failure. The words of “give up” shouldn’t belong to you if you extremely wish your luck comes true. Once you fail, you can make it as experience and learn from that, you can learn what makes you so and don’t make it as the burden of your life. Always try another chance, and when it fails, then try again and again.

                                                   
4.      Attach the word of “success” on your mind
You should put the word of “success” on your mind. When you see a chance, you must be convinced that it belongs to you. How can your luck comes if your mind is full of the word of “hoodoo?” Think that your success is in front of your eyes, whenever you see a chance. Think that your success will happen before you make it so. When the success flows in your mind, then you’ll get it.

5.      Be curious
If you want to get your luck, just be curious about any information you see. Just like when your friends are discussing about anything, can be a job or anything else, try to get involved with them and gain the information as much as you can. Or when one of your friend has just got a job, you should get along with him and ask the way he gets it, what requirements, his position, any another vacancy in his office and many more. Gain information from him, who knows there’ll be a chance for you too. 


6.      Stay up to date
Stay up to date is needed to get your luck. Try to know the recent information around you and the latest news. Don’t let yourself miss the chance that should belong to you just because you are less up to date. Get in touch with other people (can be your friends), places, things to have more information. So, grab your luck before anyone else gets it and be the first person.

7.      Follow your instinct
The instinct never lies. When your heart says that this suits you, then take it. You can make your own decision by using the instinct, only you who know who you are, what you are, and how you are, whether you belong to this one or not. The chance is on your hand, so listen to your heart and let it guide you.

8.      No stress needed
Getting stress is useless when you want your luck. Just refresh your mind, make the past as your experience and keep moving. Just like when you face a failure, don’t make yourself down. And don’t make the challengers as your pressure. Well, there will be many candidates when you apply a job and you must fight with them if you want to win. So, don’t let the stress control you, just fight with them and get your luck, show that the chance belongs to you.

9.      Get your movements
Well, when you want to get your luck, you should do movement. There will be no opportunities come if you just stay at home and do meditation, except if you have internet at home, you may search your luck through it. Unlock your door, get out of your house and surf yourself. Explore yourself more and more, get the opportunities and have your luck. Your life will not change if you just groom yourself in a cage, there is no luck falls down from the sky. So, keep moving.

Get Your Sleep Back: avoiding insomnia



Do you have a problem with your sleep? Do you always open your eyes in the night though you don’t want to? Do you always have your sleeping pills with you? Well, you don’t need to do that anymore, many people face the same problem that they can’t sleep properly during the night and they don’t know what to do. Actually there is no problem can’t be solved. Here are the steps for you to get a proper sleep.


1.      Say good bye to the afternoon coffee
Morning coffee is ok but getting your a cup of coffee all day isn’t ok. People think that caffeine has five hours influence so that you can sleep after that. Actually it’s not always right, the stimulant is gone after seven hours and there is still around 25% of it in your body. It also increases your urination during the night which will bother your sleep.
       
2.      Do exercise
Doing simple exercise regularly like walking, jogging or aerobics can improve your sleep, because it kicks out your stress and tension during the day activities. However, don’t do exercise too close to your bedtime, it will make you stay awake because your adrenaline will take hours to get normal again. So, get your exercise daily.

3.      Sex before sleep
We can’t deny that many men collapse after sex and there will be a good thing in it. After intercourse, men’s body will be showered by prolactin, the hormone which also improves naturally during sleeping. After getting orgasm, it looks like they release the hormone that makes them feel sleepy, it is called oxytocin which also relates to sleep. Within minutes men will be snoring of course, but in this case, women have more oxytocin that may be good for you too during your sleep.

4.      Get away from your phone
The thing that makes your sleep go worse is your gadgets. So get them away from your hands if you want to sleep soundly. The blue wavelength which is produced by your phone will reduce the production of melatonin, it is a hormone that makes you feel sleepy. Moreover, the light-emmiting devices in your gadgets will also influence and burden your mind so that you have a poorer sleep.

5.      Smell some roses
Aromatherapy is a good way to improve your sleep. It can be done by yourself with aromatherapy oil, just drip it on your toilet paper and hold it to your nose, take a deep breath and smell it. And when you are getting peeved caused by your work, you can try with lavender. Those are the better ways to get you calm down and will throw your heavy tension and of course you will have restorative sleep.

6.      Do yoga
Some simple yoga movements are beneficial to bring you to a deep sleep. Like corpse pose and happy baby pose, yoga teachers suggest that the inversions of shoulder stand is the way to fade your qualm. Those yoga poses will help you throw your sleep problem.


7.      Get relax before sleep
After coming home, you can bath with warm water and listen to gentle music that will help you calm your mind down and feel peaceful. Just don’t think about your work, imagine that you are in the finest condition like lying in the prairie with many butterflies flying upon you and sound of singing birds. Make your mind drift and forget about your busy activities.

Having a Pet



Pet, when we talk about having a pet, many people may assume that we just grow a tame animal in our house, feed it, train it, and do grooming, but it can be more than those ones. Having a pet can bring the owner to a better life, some people have not realized that having a pet can have such big benefits. The list below is the advantages of having a pet for both children and adults.

1.      Reduce stress
Having a pet can make you feel relax. When you come home and you feel stress, depressed and pressured because of your work, the best way to release it is seeing your cute pet. Like watching your cute fish swimming in your aquarium with sparkling light, you’ll see its beauty and it will help you relax and make your head fresh. Then, when you see your chihuahua turning around and trying to catch its tail, don’t you think it’s funny? Well, when you see it, you’ll feel your stress gone.
                      
2.      Responsibility
Especially for kids, even for adults too, having a pet can train their responsibility to care a living thing. When a kid has a pet, she or he must treat  and care it. This is the easy way to give your kid on how to learn about having a commitment, like feeding it, do grooming, go for a walk and many more.

3.      Reducing self-centered
Many children who don’t have a pet tend to be more self-centered than those ones who have. This is because they never share what they have, they rarely care to the other living things. But for children who have a pet, they tend to be less self-centered because they always share what they have to their pets, like sharing food and playing together. Children can share their affection with their pets and it will lead them to have a better life.

4.      Preventing heart disease
Who knows that having a pet can prevent heart diseases? Well, many people believe that having a pet can lower the blood pressure. Emotionally, when a person gets upset or anything hurts him/her, the pet will release the pressure that may lead him/her to heart disease. Through their cute face, funny movements and the expression as if it understood your feeling. By seeing your pet, your emotion will be stable.

5.      Moody
Your pet can bring you to a good mood. You will have more laughter that leads you to a happy life. By watching your cute pet, you have someone whom you must care, this will make you have an emotional connection, make you motivated in running the activities and absolutely you have a colorful life.

6.      Help you socialize
Pet also helps you socialize. Just like when you have a walk with your dog. And your dog walks and gets close, greets another dog, and surely you will say hello to its owner and you may do conversation too. This will make you expand your socialization to the other owners. It can be seen when you are in a dog show, or maybe cat show too or any other pet show. You will have a wider connection when you join it.

7.      Feeling safe
When you have a watchdog in your house, it will help you save your property. Simple, it will be more beneficial than paying a security. The dog can use its sense to detect anyone’s arrival and find anything missing. Surely you will feel protected and it’s good for your mental and physical health.

Benefits of Laughter




Laugh is an expression that is done by humans to depict their feelings. People laugh when they feel happy or do something fun. It is the most wonderful way when they are experiencing it because there will be no pressure, tension and anything else. Laugh also brings people to some advantages. Here are some advantages of laugh:

1.      Reduce stress level
Laughter will reduce your stress hormone level. When you laugh, the production of stress hormone level is also cut at the same time. The reduction of stress hormone level in your body will also produce immune system performance that makes you stay healthy. Laughing with your friends at work is also a little thing you can do to make your stress released, talk something funny and you can gain more health benefits.

        
2.      Easy workout
When you laugh, your muscles in your stomach can contract and expand just like when doing an exercise, meanwhile, the muscle which are not used to laugh will relax, it is recommended to add laughter in your daily activity.

3.      Reduce the blood sugar level
Just imagine after you have lunch, then you have such a boring lecture in your college, and what can you do? You feel sleepy and get tedious because you are just listening and sitting in the class. The next day you eat the same meal as your lunch, and then you watch comedy on TV and you laugh. This will reduce the sugar level more than having your tedious lecture.


4.      Blood flow
When you laugh while watching a comedy, your blood vessels will contract and expand easily, then it flows in your body normally. However, when you watch drama, your blood vessels tend to tense and restrict the blood flow.

5.      Release the Endorphins
Endorhins are natural pain killer in human’s body. When you laugh, your endorphins will release easily which can help you heal your illness. And make you feel much better.
