Benefits of Cry



Some people may think that crying is the depiction of a weak person. While a person crying, people may think that he/she is not strong enough to face the trouble that is experienced. Well, it can be correct. Many people tend to distract their problems that make them cry and they attempt to find anything that make them happy and forget their sadness. In fact, all people need to cry, mainly when they are sad, feeling touched or stress. Actually, cry itself has some benefits to the human’s health. Here are the advantages of it so that we need to cry.

1.      Crying can help reduce the burden in your life
When we feel sad and don’t want to cry, sometimes we pretend that everything is Ok though actually it isn’t. When we are hiding anything hurt, some people may be fine when they keep pretending and hiding their feeling but it can influence the health that one day it will erupt. The good way to reveal it all is crying if it is needed, crying can release our feeling and will make us relieved.

2.      Crying help release toxins
A study showed that when we cry because of stress and physical irritants like eye irritation because of dust are absolutely different. When we cry caused by stress, it will help your body release the nasty chemicals which raise your cortisol. It can be said that crying when you are getting stress makes you feel better.

3.      Crying helps you see
Tears can rinse your eyes, the tears function to lubricate your eyes. When you cry, your eyes will not have a chance to get dehydration. The tears also function to refresh your eyelids, so when there is no tears, there will be no eyesight. Without tears, humans’ lives will be different in short time, and for long term, their eyesight will be blocked.

4.      Crying kills bacteria
When you do your activities, like swimming, watching TV, walking outside, and many more, there will be so much dust that may irritate your eyes and the eyes can be the home of bacteria. Tears contain of lysozyme that can function to kill up to 90 percent bacteria in just five to ten minutes. So, no need to buy eye cleaning fluid because humans have their own antibacterial and antiviral that will help them keep their eyes.

5.      Crying help you ease the feeling of loss
When you lose anyone whom you love like family member, friend, or pet, you will be extremely in grief and that’s the most horrible experience in life. In this situation, sometimes when words, solace and motivation are not enough to heal the pain, you can just hold someone that you love and let the tears flow, that’s a better thing you can you to release your grief.
